My teacher always says that a mature yogi uses their practice like medicine. This series will teach students to do exactly that. A healthy body needs 3 things to function properly, these three things are flexibility, stability, and mobility. In this mini series you’ll learn practices for each of these components that help create a strong and fluid body. Students will learn to practice in a way that gives their body what it needs both physically and energetically. Whether you practice in a studio or at home, the methods you’ll learn will work well for it all!All levels welcome.
